Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to check in with everyone and encourage all of you to visit my kitchen blog. I have post a new mac and cheese recipe, called Bacon Cheeseburger Mac and Cheese. Mac and cheese was a staple for our family when I was growing up. When Jim and I got married he insisted on homemade mac and cheese, nothing from the box so over the years I have tried to do different thing with this favorite dish.
I encourage you all to give the dish a try and let me know what you think of it. Also let me know how you all do mac and cheese.
Thanks for stopping by and visiting me here at Nana's Parlor. You are always welcome, so stop by anytime.
Love, Hugs and God Bless You,

Snow, Snow, Snow
Hi Everyone,
It has been and couple of weeks since I last posted. Many things have happened and I just want to catch up with everyone. I hope all are doing well and staying warm if you are any where where it is cold. We have plenty of snow to go around. Yesterday it started to snow right before we got to church and it snowed the whole time we were there. Needless to say we usually get home around 12:00 noon, not yesterday, it was after 1:00 before we got home. The roads were bad. We didn't go to church last night.
It is always nice to stay in when it is cold and snowy outside. It is so cozy. Saturday my Mom and sister with her family came up for a visit and they got to meet our little Dulcie for the first time. Of course Dulcie made a hit with everyone. She is so beautiful. I will have to post some pictures soon.
On February 2 the groundhog saw his shadow so that is 6 more weeks of winter. But that is predicted every year so I don't worry whether he sees his shadow or not. Spring will come when the Lord brings it. The Lord's timing is always better. I do look forward to spring, with it's beautiful pastel colors in nature. But until then I will enjoy the winter white.
Well I better go for now. Everyone has a safe, warm and cozy day. Thanks for stopping by and visiting here in Nana's Parlor. You are always welcome, stop by anytime.
Love, Hugs, and God bless you,
